HORRIBLE, NEVER GO HERE. basicly, I was here with my dad and friends, i went to the bathroom and the toilet wasn’t flushed, cockroaches on the floor, and a dirty mirror that looked like it went trough ww2. Then I got my “Root beer” it was yellow brown, it’s tasted HORRIBLE. I tried my friends drinks and they were also very bad. Then we went back to out car, and then we thought that my fiends burger had no meat, but the meat was just thin and burnt, THEN we realized that out food came with ice cream, NO ICE CREAM IN SIGHT. We went back in and asked for out ice cream, the guy proceeded to walk around the counter and look at the menu to make sure we weren’t lying. Then we got out ice cream and they were melted! So we asked for new ones because it was basicly melted ice cream in plastic but he said the freezer wasn’t working…. And my chicken strips were burnt and look like they fell out of a plane. PLEASE NEVER HO HERE FIR YOUR OWN SAFTY AND WELL BEING.

Me and my friends were traveling from West Texas to Austin and we had the pleasure of stopping at the Dairy Queen in Mason, Texas. There was only one girl and one man working and at the same time that we arrived, there was a big 4 PM rush.
They handled the rush with such grace and care and quickly made our food and it still tasted fresh
Although they were severely understaffed, it didn’t feel like it because of how fast we got our food and we got it with A great attitude.

Worst DQ we have ever been to. We ordered the chicken strip basket. The fries were cold, chicken strips were hot because they were well done nearly burned and the bread was burnt toast with no butter. The gravy was gross. It did not look white. Workers were clueless and the tables were all dirty. Extremely disappointed.

This place should genuinely be shut down. It is unsanitary. Prices change constantly, workers are clueless, food is always somehow old despite having a 20min average wait time, shakes are literally just flavored milk, blizzards are all watered down and are basically thick milk by the time you get it. This is genuinely the worst place to stop in the entire 100 mile radius. Zero redeeming qualities.

Order a single burger. It took fifteen minutes to get and it was absolutely cold! Not lukewarm but cold! They didn’t even take the time to take an aged burger and put it in the microwave.

They charged me $2.09 for pecan topping on my sundae after paying for the Carmel sundae. He had forgotten to charge me when I placed my order. My toast was to dark with no butter. My gravy cup was only half filled.
