First time visiting Mason, TX, and we heard this was a good restaurant to visit. We were very pleased with our service, food and the whole vibe. We really got that home cooking service. The portions are great for the price. The location was convenient and it was very clean in the restaurant. This is a must visit if you go up to Mason.

Great appetizers and great customer service. They were down a couple servers the night we ate, and the couple of waiters they did have were clearly stretched a bit thin. Our server still made sure our orders came out right and even took a picture for our group! Loved the chicken fried steak as well!

French Fries are the Best!!! All our food was awesome, pies are homemade and delicious. Waitress was very helpful and friendly.Great place to eat.Glad we took the side roads home to Minnesota instead of the Interstate.
