Upon arrival was asked if I wanted to try yalls special 2 piece for 7.99 I see why it's 7.99 now food wasn't even fresh it was all cold. I waited for 15 minutes in line while the servers were just looking at me with the box they had open with my chicken in there and still served it cold. Will not be returning to this place. This place has gone down I'll be sure to go to good n crisp where I know its served hot.

Went into restaurant there was no customers and ALL tables were very dirty including floor. There was only 1 worker and a manager, the worker was doing everything and the manager was just sitting. Asked to have a table cleaned and only that 1 table was cleaned. Chicken was under cooked and no butter on the biscuits. 🤬🤬🤬

For sure if you're in the mood for chicken this is definitely the place to go but don't forget to tell them to make it fresh I got lucky to get to the most dried chicken I've ever had

Ordered a three piece spicy tenders with sweet tea three times because they couldn’t hear me in the drive through and got a three piece dark and a regular tea

Very poor service! Was told it was going to take 12 minutes for the chicken waited over 25 minutes!
They stop taking order over an hour before they close so be sure to call before you even leave your house to make sure they’re still “open”
