The flavor of the seasoning on this brisket is by far the best I've ever had. All the sides were delicious and my kids said the rolls were out of this world. We'll be making trips down more often!

Original Smolik's BBQ is a top 50 Texas barbeque spot known for excellent brisket, smoked turkey, and potato salad. Customers enjoy the sausage and braised cabbage, although some found the ribs a bit dry. The creamed corn and BBQ sauce were tasty but a bit watery. Despite a missing order item, the friendly staff and delicious fried catfish make it a worthwhile stop.
