Dairy Queen in Texas offers a kid-friendly meal with free ice cream. However, some customers have reported dry burgers and small portions. Employees were not welcoming, with teenage kids causing disturbances inside. Despite a great dessert, recent experiences have shown a decline in customer service quality, with reports of disrespectful behavior towards customers.
