Edit: 2024/Oct I just got the sloppiest, unappetizing burger I've ever had WITH cold fries which is interesting because it took a while. I live pretty close to town and the fries weren't warm, they were cold. I used to like this place.
Someone needs to go apply here! They are great with service but so short handed they're swamped!!

Gotta love DQ! For those foodie craves! Food is great, especially those blizzard treats! But you know what ruins it. A horrible rude staff, you can tell their unprofessional customer service attitude. Almost got charged for someone else's order, and when I corrected her, that wasn't mine she got all mad and rudely asked what my order was then. The whole staff is very unorganized they were all yelling at each other. Handed our blizzards very rudely through the window.
Passing through going home from Port A. That's what I like about Texas. ?
Kid-friendliness: Can't go wrong with the kids' meal with free ice cream.

Do not use the drive thru! We waited for 20 minutes for our food, drove out of the drive-thru, went into the store, and our food was sitting right there, ready. We grabbed it and left. I hate going to this DQ. Also they fired my disabled daughter-in-law after working two days saying she was âtoo disabledâ. Didn't really give her a chance or try to train her. They knew when they hired her she was disabled and I didnât think you could fire someone because of a disability. I will not go here again.

Went in place my order and paid , order the 4 piece chicken strip . Sat down to wait on my order to go , 25 minutes later an employee came out and asked me what I had order . God what is wrong with these employee's , there were 6 of them working and the place wasn't even busy . I ask for my money back and left , they need to shut this place down with the kind of service and people working there .

The dude and the burger not put together well. Dude mostly dry except one end. Fries good. However, ordered medium but amount served was small. Employees not happy to see our smiling faces for some reason? Teenage kids messing around inside business, tackling each other the whole time we were there. Desert to go great. Most DQ's we visit while traveling get 5 stars, this was the exception.
Terrible service. The worst I've ever experienced from Dairy Queen. Not only did we have to wait a ridiculously long time, the staff where extremely rude, condescending and insulting. They didn't want to give me the food I ordered and wouldn't look at my receipt and then had the nerve to suggest I would be dishonest. I left extremely angry.

This place seems to get worse and worse I have been In here twice the past couple of weeks and both times tables are dirty service is horrible nobody there seems to like their job the food takes forever to be made even when itâs empty inside I think itâs time to shut that store down and re evaluate the whole store

This Dairy Queen has gone down. They have rude customer service, their employees sleeping with married men, And ruining marriages. Employees cussing back at customers the disrespect here is beyond crazy.
