The service sucks so freaking much here it’s actually hilarious. Waited at the drive thru for 10 mins and no one helped us so we drive to the window and employees are walking around seeing us but give us zero acknowledgment. Y’all need better employees.

Edit: 2024/Oct I just got the sloppiest, unappetizing burger I've ever had WITH cold fries which is interesting because it took a while. I live pretty close to town and the fries weren't warm, they were cold. I used to like this place.
Someone needs to go apply here! They are great with service but so short handed they're swamped!!

Gotta love DQ! For those foodie craves! Food is great, especially those blizzard treats! But you know what ruins it. A horrible rude staff, you can tell their unprofessional customer service attitude. Almost got charged for someone else's order, and when I corrected her, that wasn't mine she got all mad and rudely asked what my order was then. The whole staff is very unorganized they were all yelling at each other. Handed our blizzards very rudely through the window.
Passing through going home from Port A. That's what I like about Texas. ?

Do not use the drive thru! We waited for 20 minutes for our food, drove out of the drive-thru, went into the store, and our food was sitting right there, ready. We grabbed it and left. I hate going to this DQ. Also they fired my disabled daughter-in-law after working two days saying she was “too disabled”. Didn't really give her a chance or try to train her. They knew when they hired her she was disabled and I didn’t think you could fire someone because of a disability. I will not go here again.
