China Express Reviews
Everything is delicious and worth the wait. Do not come here hangry. This is a sweet hidden gem establishment that provides authentic fresh Chinese food. The portions are great and the flavor hits the spot when craving good food. China Express is a great spot for take-out Chinese food, with many customers traveling from other towns just to enjoy the delicious meals. With a unique ordering process - either calling ahead or calling when you arrive - customers can enjoy a variety of options, including extra spicy jalapeño shrimp, garlic sauce vegetables, wonton soup, and crispy spring rolls. Lunch plates, featuring an egg roll and soup like the hot and sour soup, are available from 11 am to 3 pm, while dinner plates offer an entree with a choice of rice or plain lo mein. The portions are Texas-size, with plenty of food for leftovers. The service is always awesome, and the waitstaff is helpful in choosing meals. Though there is no indoor seating, the food is freshly made, piping hot, and worth the wait—especially for dishes like sesame shrimp and salt and pepper shrimp. Prices are fair, and the packaging keeps everything hot. The parking area has potholes, but the delicious food makes it a great hole-in-the-wall option.
