Every order I place is always hot and fresh. Employees are friendly and acknowledge me once I get to the counter. I live in a different town that has their own Pizza Hut, but choose to drive to the Mathis location because of the service and quality.

Have given this place several chances. They never fail to fail. Ordered 2 medium pizzas & a 16 piece boneless wings with sauce on the side. Wings came out drowning in sauce, had to be remade, First pizza came out ok, 2nd pizza was ordered with light sauce, it came out 15 minutes later with no sauce. Drinks came out in bottles, only slightly cooler than room temperature, we had to flag down the waitress and ask for cups & ice. As usual, sub-par food quality & sub-par service.

The food is very good here. Just as you would expect pizza would taste at Pizza Hut. It’s a very small town Pizza Hut that mostly does carry out. The two times I’ve been there to dine in. we were the only ones there.Place seems a little rundown and somewhat dirty. Staff was nice, order was correct. Food was delicious. I don’t recommend dining in.

I ordered the Hot Honey Peperoni Pizza and Hot Honey boneless wings plus the Cajun Dry Rub boneless wings. I loved all of them. The Hot Honey is just the right amount of Sweet and Heat!
