Just need one item waited 15 minutes at the drive thru and no one answered then pulled to the stall and still nothing it was NOT busy only one person waiting for his food. Fix this issue that's not customer service at all very pour customer service,very disappointing

Staff is kind but the service is very slow. Placed an order at 6pm and about 30 minutes later I still have not received my order. This is a recurring thing. They call it sonic but the service is anything but sonic.

It took forever to get our order and that's because there was hardly any customers. When the order finally came, my drink order was wrong, then it a while to get someone to come get the incorrect drink. Then another while to get my correct drink back. This was very frustrating.

Visited 7/1/25 Ordered a double smash burger without pickles, got pickles. Well, I didn't let it get me in a pickle, I just took the pickles off. The attendant was friendly and took care of us.
