It took forever to get our order and that's because there was hardly any customers. When the order finally came, my drink order was wrong, then it a while to get someone to come get the incorrect drink. Then another while to get my correct drink back. This was very frustrating.

Ordered a double smash burger without pickles, got pickles. Well, I didn't let it get me in a pickle, I just took the pickles off. The attendant was friendly and took care of us.

Twice now I’ve ordered on the app and and not received what I ordered. No ketchup both times and most recently I customized my burger to NOT have mayo or onions and to add mustard but my requests were ignored. I’ll make sure to check my order before leaving from now on.
