Amazing BBQ and desserts! I had the sliced brisket and spare ribs and everything was delicious, tender and full of flavor. For dessert we had the cheesecake mousse and banana pudding, both were excellent.

This place is off the hook! In the past 3 days, I've had the ribs, sausage (spicy) and brisket (sliced, w/bark), as well as sides of loaded mashed taters (a tad salty, IMO), beans (2 different renditions -- depends on who's making them), and the mac/cheese of the day (supplemented w/meat -- again, changes from day to day). Man, these guys are doing it right. Love supporting such a nice, independent businessman especially in a small town. Get off of I 35 and come over here!!!Brisket was absolutely on point. If you love a good bark, this is your place. Never even thought about putting sauce on it. The Birria taco is one of the most unique and wonderful things I've ever had on my barbecue swings in Texas.
