My daughter and I ordered a baked potato with brisket. The potato was not super big, but it was a good size—they put a very generous portion of moist brisket, which was very well seasoned and tasty. Each potato was $13, not bad for what you get. The server was super polite and fast. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. I would recommend this place.

Place has gone really down hill especially with the brisket. It's dry and hard even when I ask for it moist. There is too many new chefs in the back and the quality has degraded significantly. If they wanna key up with the competition they need to provide quality like they used to. For now I'll take my business elsewhere.

My office ordered bulk Brisket sandwiches from there today and they were very dry. Had to pour all the bbq sauce to make them edible. Not the first time I’ve eaten there that the food is dry and has no taste.

I ordered TO GO this afternoon. Upon arriving home with my order I realized all 3 of my sides were missing.
Frustrated and hungry I drove the 10 mins back to Aces. I told the gentlemen at the counter I was missing my sides, and with no questions asked he apologized and said “let me get those for you right away”
Didn’t ask for a receipt, didn’t ask me “Did you check” or “are you sure”.
He returned 5 mins later with my bag full of sides, a free dessert coupon, and a cobbler inside. 🧡
It’s not so much the free stuff that’s appreciated, it’s that they owned the mistake and did what they could to keep the customer satisfied. Kudos to their customer service 👍

Went a few weeks back and it was fine. Got the 1 meat plate and it was ok. Got some fried okra and Cole slaw as the sides. The okra was oily and the Cole slaw was soggy and tasted dated. The brisket had good flavor but the tenderness wasn't there. Asked for moist and it was moist and juicy but not tender. My son got the Mac and cheese burger and that was pretty good! Would likely go back for a burger but the Q maybe not so much.

Brisket was served cold the ribs as well. Bad service.. the waitress never came by to check if I needed anything. had to get up to ask for a refill.. .. and I even tipped her.... I will never go back there..

Came to pick up a plates for a fundraiser the staff wasn’t not inviting, they looked like chicken with their heads cut off, and the lady in front so supposed to be like reception/ greeter didn’t bother to acknowledge or ask what we needed. The looked like they didn’t want to be there overall horrible experience never coming here
