“Ok. So we went to Red Lobster to try their new seafood boil bag. We've been loyal Mr Crabbys seafood boil bag customers for 5 years. Finding really great seafood outside of NH is hard. So hard..... Until now. The RL boil bag is far superior. Here's why: 1. The seasoning is just right. Choice of garlic & butter or Cajun. Got the Cajun- because that's the only seasoning in a proper boil bag that's acceptable. 1a. The seasoning is far better as it's not drowning in oil- causing constant crab splatters. 1b. The seasoning does not overpower the taste of the seafood like Mr Crabbys does. You can actually taste the lobster- shrimp and crab. 2. The bag comes with 6 more shrimp (12 total) than Mr Crabbys 6. The lobster tail is split fully in half rather than just slashed down the top spine- making it difficult at Mr Crabbys to pull the meat out in one swipe. (That's what she said) 3. The bag does NOT come with sausage if you order the Mariners Bag. However it can be added. Here's the closer- it's REAL Andouille sausage- not kielbasa. Me Crabbys has been using kielbasa the last few times we went. If you know the difference in flavor- you'll understand why this matters. 4. I wore my bib cuz I'm accustomed to having the food drip all over me as I crack and work for my reward. It was not needed. Even with dumping the bag into the tray- it was not over saturated in oil- but rather delicately seasoned with butter. Over all- we have a new Sunday Boil Bag date location. I never thought I'd stray from Mr Crabbys- but shockingly- Red Lobster has become the affair worth having. They did good with hiring this new CEO who brought this brain child to my beloved Maine lobster Locale here in the Deep South. If yall see this- please- from this coastal New England girl trying to get a nut in the RGV.....don't ever drop this from the menu. Sincerely Your newest fan.”

“As someone who is into Korean food and personally have made a lot of Korean dishes at home the food was very heart warming. Coming from California and trying a lot of Korean food in huge Korean communities made by Koreans who left South Korea man this place hit the spot food wise their Kimchi Jjgae was solid the perfect spice broth, silky tofu, and tangy kimchi hit the spot. Their Bibimbap had the perfect amount of sesame seed oil, soft crisp rice bottom, grilled veggies, meat and egg. The sides that came with the dishes were plenty to enjoy. We finished them all.
For me I wish the atmosphere and decor was better but I'm here for the food but it helps to draw in more people. I do wish they served cold Korean beer and soju that's what Korean food is all about. Friends, alcohol and food. Maybe play a little K-pop too hahahaha.

“Recently moved here. I’ll occasionally grab a breakfast taco. By far my favorite stripes-7/11 to stop by out of any other one in the area. I was really impressed by their employee Juan who works on the Laredo taco company side. Very kind and such an interactive person, every conversation we’ve had has been delightful. You don’t see a lot of people who take pride in what they do, he has a great attitude and loves what he does. He never fails to radiant his positive energy when I stop by. Customer service is a 10/10 with him.”

“Last night we had dinner. First we got there without reservation and the smiley hostess asked us if we wanted to sit on the bar, we said yes. The bar tender is a great guy, he works like crazy, smiling and taking care of business and customers. The food took a little long to come but it was delicious, we had Alfredo pasta and lasagna, both great taste. At the end tiramisu to go, it was really good. Clean, friendly and tasty place, We’ll go again!!!!”

“Our first visit to this unique speak-easy restaurant. It was 5pm on a Tues, so it was not busy and very quiet. Server was friendly and attentive. My husband loved the ribs and would order them again. I had the chicken with kimchi rice and I wouldn't order it again. I was warned it was spicy and I told the server I will be fine as long as my water glass is always full. My water glass was empty twice and only refilled once. The Brussel sprouts were perfection; spicy, yet sweet, and nicely crunchy.”

We have visited this establishment many, many times and we have never been disappointed. Mom loves her Renegade Ribeye and fully loaded baked potato. You can't go wrong. Even the side dishes are exceptional. The mac-n-cheese is a true Texas classic.”

The food was great so I rate it 5 stars the only problem was the atmosphere as in the bartender came up to me and my bf to complain about the drink we had she said and I quote “ did you just get that drink cause it’s not even you’re and she proceeded to walk away upset” the drink we had gotten from our server James was the correct order so what Order what the bartender talking that she felt the need to interrupt me and my bf meal to complain. And if it the drink we had wasn’t the correct one then why did it take her 30 minutes to just pour it for us since it was just a simple beer. I proceed to see her act rude and point at me and my boyfriend while she was complaining to another server that was working the cocktail area. I found this very unprofessional and rude how dear this bartender feel the need to not only take 30 minutes to pour are beer but to come up to use after are server dropped it off just to say it wasn’t the right one when she didn’t even ask what kind of beer it was that we had so she just assumed it wasn’t correct I found her very rude and I would understand if she was busy but it’s wasn’t so she had no excuse for being as rude as she was. But overall we loved our server James he was amazing and I would definitely come again just to have him as my server”

“Big suggestion for the owner of this restaurant:: You can entice more patrons to rent the back room for an event with the occupancy at least 50 to 60 if you fixed the rest room and make it look decent, clean and new because it's was too dingy when I attended an event in that area. I'm sure you'll make more money if it's clean and descent. I bowl didn't even flushed and as I opened, it's full of floating stool that made me nauseous and won't flush. No wonder the person I followed could not flush even if she tried because "it's out of order". From then on we used the restroom outside. I almost vomited the food I ate. Please renovate it so it will look like new.”

Ashely would stop by to check if we needed anything and Mr Gilbert, the owner also stopped over to greet us.
