Just visited this location off 83 in McAllen. The facility had shop fans on the floor due to their AC not working. They sat us in an area that had faulty lighting so half of our party of 6 sat in the dark. We waited 10 minutes before we asked for FOH manager due to never being greeted. They finally sent over a server who offered no apologies. She stated her name and asked for our order. 2 sweet teas, 1 lemonade, 1 peach tea and 2 regular teas. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. Unfortunately, the facility seems to need some maintenance. There was an unpleasant odor throughout the place, similar to dirty water or possibly a plumbing issue—I’m not entirely sure of the source. Additionally, the air conditioning was either not working properly or not working at all, which made the experience less comfortable than it should have been.
