“This was my first time at this steak house and it was TO DIE FOR! My boyfriend and I came to celebrate our anniversary, and the service was unmatched. They decorated the table with petals and candles, our waitress Chloe was AMAZING, she guided us through the menu, gave us great recommendations and was overall was such a delight. They have both inside and outside seating, it’s very nice on the inside. FOOD 10/10, we had several platters and they were great! I would definitely recommend“

“Last night we had dinner. First we got there without reservation and the smiley hostess asked us if we wanted to sit on the bar, we said yes. The bar tender is a great guy, he works like crazy, smiling and taking care of business and customers. The food took a little long to come but it was delicious, we had Alfredo pasta and lasagna, both great taste. At the end tiramisu to go, it was really good. Clean, friendly and tasty place, We’ll go again!!!!“

“Birdie's Bistro is a must-try in McAllen! The food is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented every time. Staff are friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Great atmosphere — perfect for brunch with friends or a relaxed dinner. Portions are generous and the prices are fair. Highly recommend!“
