“I am regular GW client and BIG fan as well. I had two good friends visiting from upstate New York who really wanted to see what the GW hype was all about for themselves. “Are they a really a top 5 Texas bbq joint?” After trying GW’s exquisite food and experiencing their one of a kind Texas/RGV hospitality, there was zero doubt left…one of the best in Texas and maybe the country! From the moment we arrived, first in line, I might add, my buddies and I were welcomed and made to feel like part of their team. Our hour and a half wait in line felt like 15 minutes after being welcomed by several of their employees. Then there was the food! We ordered BIG! From their trademark brisket, to their unique sides (like cheesy fideo), the best bite was the next that we took. We were also approached one their magnificent chefs, hosts and awesome co-owner George Watts III. GW really made my friend’s experience a memorable one and again proved that without question, they are one of the best and only getting better. Thank you George and the GW family!”

“This is my favorite coffee shop in the RGV. Service is great and their menu includes everything from traditional coffee options to matcha and specialty lattes. ☕️They also offer desserts. (We tried the tres leches and strawberry cheesecake. Both were so good!)

There was plenty of room and outlets to charge laptops and phones. We stayed for several hours so I made myself at home with the pillows they had☺️

“I love our Starbucks for our area. They are never moody and always so nice. My drinks are 99.99% always on point and honestly it was just that it was watery when I ordered ahead a couple times. Im a coffee lover and Im always at this one. If they were to be rude to me an any establishment id rather drive to another and never deal with them but this one Starbucks location has always been good to me also several others in the valley depending where im at but yess 5 stars.
