“First Review!!! I came here when it was first opening up and I just have to say that this was one of the best decisions that I ever made! The meats especially the carnitas and barbacoa are seasoned very well and they use fresh corn tortillas which is a huge plus! The management is super friendly and super cool and they made the experience even better. They have snacks and ice cream that you can eat after your delicious meal. 10/10: would recommend if you're from the area or if you're visiting!“

“Everything is delicious! It has a very homemade flavor, the place is very nice. They have a place to eat indoors and a heated area, in addition to the terrace. Very friendly and helpful staff. The concept is different, you have a bowl with all the veggies that fit inside: noodles, pasta, onion, green onion, mushrooms, zucchini, broccoli, bell peppers, …For the protein, you have a smaller bowl: beef, pork, chicken, tofu, salmon, …You also need to choose a sauce.Everything is cooked on a central hot grill.They give you also as a side rice or fried rice and a bread.The waitresses are fast and the cooks are friendly!“

“We have been trying to get to Edinburg to try Wille B's for months and finally made it. We were not disappointed! We had the potato with brisket and it was delicious. What really impressed me was watching them check that they weren't putting any chunks of fat on top of the potato. The pit master (lovely woman) chopped the brisket and then pulled out any pieces she saw that were fat. It's a small thing, but I've never had a BBQ place take that step of care with their meats. My husband devoured his potato, but I don't each much so I got four meals out of it before I gave up finishing it. Really big portion, really delicious ingredients, really tender brisket, and both the pit master and her daughter were absolutely delightful to talk to. We will be back, for sure!“

If I had to pick two items to get again, it would be the Texas torpedo and the fatty brisket. Everything was delicious and fresh, and the ordering process was very simple.“

Unfortunately, we had the one beer at the bar and decided to leave because it was uncomfortably cold. The vent was right over us hitting us directly. I was wearing a shawl and my better half was wearing a lined windbreaker and it was still too cold. No wonder those two bar stools were unoccupied. Even our bartender felt the cold temperature and had to go put on HER jacket. We've been to many Texas Roadhouse restaurants, including Colorado Springs, Ft. Lewis Washington, and we have never been this uncomfortable. We let our bartender know why we were leaving as well as another staff member when we left your establishment.“

“Made the 65 mile trek to try out GW BBQ. We are always on the BBQ hunt in Texas. GW BBQ is, by far, the absolute best we've had. Ordered and tasted every meat and side and everything was top shelf! Brisket was perfectly seasoned and tender. Ribs were fall off the bone tender. Sausage and turkey were perect in their flavors and moisture. All the sides are home made in-house, even the pickles. The host, David, was exceptional in caring for the customers and the staff was spot on for customer service.Kid-friendliness: Great family dine in restaurant.“
