“Made the 65 mile trek to try out GW BBQ. We are always on the BBQ hunt in Texas. GW BBQ is, by far, the absolute best we've had. Ordered and tasted every meat and side and everything was top shelf! Brisket was perfectly seasoned and tender. Ribs were fall off the bone tender. Sausage and turkey were perect in their flavors and moisture. All the sides are home made in-house, even the pickles. The host, David, was exceptional in caring for the customers and the staff was spot on for customer service.Kid-friendliness: Great family dine in restaurant.“

“This place is great, the service is that original, authentic southern hospitality service. You feel like your family or like you've known them for years. The other great thing is they have a special for each day. Today (Tuesday) is the brisket burger for $5.75. I ask for the fatty slices and thats what I always get. I order to take so they pack everything separate for me so I can prep and eat when I get home. They do have a dining area as well and it is the perfect Texas bbq dining area. I think Wednesday is the chicken plate special for $7.50. Not one complaint about this establishment. It is worth the visit, I highly recommend.“

“We have been trying to get to Edinburg to try Wille B's for months and finally made it. We were not disappointed! We had the potato with brisket and it was delicious. What really impressed me was watching them check that they weren't putting any chunks of fat on top of the potato. The pit master (lovely woman) chopped the brisket and then pulled out any pieces she saw that were fat. It's a small thing, but I've never had a BBQ place take that step of care with their meats. My husband devoured his potato, but I don't each much so I got four meals out of it before I gave up finishing it. Really big portion, really delicious ingredients, really tender brisket, and both the pit master and her daughter were absolutely delightful to talk to. We will be back, for sure!“
“This place honestly doesn't look like how good it is, the place looks simple, the atmosphere is good and humble.The flavor is extraordinary.Some very good beans are included with the combos.The fries come with salt, they are soft, very good flavor too.I ordered a very delicious synchronized steak.Tortilla large enough for a well-eaten person accompanied with beans and lettuce inside the synchronized.The cokes are very cold from a can.The place has a calm atmosphere with a television.It also has tables outside.Kid-friendliness: The hotdog for children is a very good option.“

My husband ordered the fajita tacos. They were so juicy, and tender on flour tortillas was the best with a street corn on the side is also the best. For being the first time here, it is so good but pricey but delicious and worth every dollar.“
“We were looking forward to enjoying a nice steak dinner after having a cold beer. We know that the beer will always be ice cold and it was! Unfortunately, we had the one beer at the bar and decided to leave because it was uncomfortably cold. The vent was right over us hitting us directly. I was wearing a shawl and my better half was wearing a lined windbreaker and it was still too cold. No wonder those two bar stools were unoccupied. Even our bartender felt the cold temperature and had to go put on HER jacket. We've been to many Texas Roadhouse restaurants, including Colorado Springs, Ft. Lewis Washington, and we have never been this uncomfortable. We let our bartender know why we were leaving as well as another staff member when we left your establishment.“

“We just devoured the 3 Meat Plate (brisket, ribs & chicken) & it was one of the tastiest meals I’ve had! No knives needed…very tender & delicious! Perfectly seasoned. Two of us shared the plate, had 2 soda drinks & it was under $40. The young lady who owns the place is very sweet & personable. Support this small business!“
