“The Holiday Season 2025 menu was amazing, today I ordered the tamales and French toast and let me tell you, this is a MUST try!!!!!. Brisket Tamales on a bed of beans with eggs, 😋 10/10 (not exaggerating at all) French toast, is like brunching Texas style y'all. 10/10, legit 10 must try and hopefully came back later in the year.“

“Stopped for an early dinner after being out most of afternoon. No wait to order or find a table. Food came out promptly. Hot food was hot. Brisket was well done, moist and tasty. Smoked chicken wings were good, but tasted more grilled than smoked. Creamed corn was tasty as usual. Did not have dessert. Always enjoy a stop at this restaurant.

“My wife and I went here a few weeks ago for our wedding anniversary. Getting the BBQ/Hot Pot combo is a great deal to explore the best of both worlds. For the BBQ, I highly recommend the ribs, spicy pork belly, enoki mushrooms, and shrimp. For the hot pot, I recommend crab legs, enoki mushrooms, thin sliced beef, fishcakes, and shrimp. The sides like the fried chicken, chile torreado, black bean noodles, and kimchi are a must too! I highly recommend this place!“

“We had a wonderful experience at Benji’s BBQ! Even though they were about to close for the night when we arrived, the lady at the front still welcomed us in with a warm smile and seated us without hesitation.
The Food: Absolutely delicious and well worth the visit.
The Service: Exceptional. Our server really went above and beyond to make our night special.
The Atmosphere: The dining area is on the smaller side, but it feels incredibly cozy and inviting.
The prices are very decent for the quality you get. If you find yourself in the area, this spot is a must-try! We truly enjoyed our dinner and will definitely be back.“

“If you are looking for an incredible mix of traditional Texas BBQ and perfectly executed comfort food, Ace’s BBQ is an absolute must-visit in the RGV. I recently ordered their Monster Potato with Beef Fajita, and they did not disappoint. The portions are huge, the fajita is incredibly moist and flavorful, and everything was served exactly how I wanted it. Unlike some spots where the service can be hit-or-miss, the team at the McAllen location is efficient, welcoming, and consistently on point. Highly recommend stopping by if you want authentic Texas BBQ done right!“

“Longhorn has the best staff of all the restaurants I've dined with! My great experience all started with the hosts, Trinity was amazing and joked with me while we waited, making the time fly by! I saw her cleaning off our table for 20 with her own bare hands and the rest of her host crew, getting us sat quickly and efficiently. Our server, Darian, was extremely helpful and on it! The food was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Delicious food along with a great staff made this experience a 5/5! Will be dining here again soon!“
