One of the best hot pot places I've been to in the entirety of the continental US. High quality meats, great portions for veggies. And being able to get mini tasters of the hot pot bases is incredibly helpful and unique. On top of that the service was great. Knowledge staff and very attentive without being annoying or overbearing. 10/10, no notes!
The customer service at this establishment could be better. The front desk staff is rude and unfriendly. We are first-time customers, we approached the two ladies at the counter, expecting a warm welcome. Instead, they looked up at us with anger and didn’t even bother to say hello.
