The loss of 2 stars on their service is due to issues encountered with placing an order via their proprietary app, it wouldn't apply the appropriate credit.
I was forced to walk into the store and speak with a manager to get my order at the advertised price, the additional delay added a minimum 10 minutes to the process.
The food quality allowed the overall rating to remain at 5 stars....
