Simply amazing! You gotta try everything. The pork belly and corn bread are out of this world. Free beer on Saturday and Sunday. I'd put this bbq joint against any other bbq joint in Texas.
I found this place last year on TikTok when I'm the valley area it's a place we have to stop and eat here. The food is always awesome, and mac and cheese green beans are the best.but no baked potatoes.

Made the 65 mile trek to try out GW BBQ. We are always on the BBQ hunt in Texas. GW BBQ is, by far, the absolute best we've had. Ordered and tasted every meat and side and everything was top shelf! Brisket was perfectly seasoned and tender. Ribs were fall off the bone tender. Sausage and turkey were perect in their flavors and moisture. All the sides are home made in-house, even the pickles.
