The four of us decided to try to share everything on the menu. We weren't able to try each and every item, but we sampled plenty. Everything had it's own unique delicious flavor.
Amazing!
We have visited this restaurant since they opened doors. The brisket and turkey is amazing and the staff is friendly. HOWEVER, they may be getting too popular for their own good. The last few times we've gone, we arrived before doors opened, waiting in line for over an hour and by the time we made it inside, almost everything was sold out. GW's BBQ Catering Co. is a must-try for delicious barbecue. The brisket is fantastic, cooked to competition quality with an excellent bark. The portions are huge, and the sides like Mac-n-cheese, coleslaw, and potato salad are absolutely delicious. The homemade sausage is outstanding, and the turkey is moist and flavorful. The sauces are spot on, and the potato bread is a killer touch. Despite the place being packed, the service is outstanding, with friendly staff who truly love what they do. Customers often find themselves waiting in line, sometimes for over an hour, but they agree that the food is worth it. The atmosphere is welcoming, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal. The owner, G, greets every table, and the service staff are happy and engaging. The sides are the best ever, and the chop beef sandwich is a must-try. The place is always clean, and the staff is efficient in serving the customers, even with a line out the door.
