Azure Bistro serves delicious meals in a comfortable atmosphere, housed in what was formerly the cafeteria for the adjacent lodging facility for the Our Lady of San Juan del Valle National Basilica Shrine. Their menu features dishes like Chicken stuffed with ham and noodles in a cilantro sauce, Cordon Bleu, and the oh-so delicious ahi tuna salad, all made with fresh ingredients. The professional staff provides quick service and is friendly and hospitable, making it a great value for the price. Breakfast is particularly popular, with recommendations for barbacoa, pancakes, egg and bacon, and a fantastic chorizo, egg, and potato breakfast taco served with refried beans. Located behind the Hotel in San Juan, Texas, near the Basilica, Azure Bistro offers a spacious atmosphere, perfect for families and those visiting the Basilica.
