Dairy Queen offers a variety of treats like blizzards, with some customers mentioning the absence of certain items not listed on the menu. Despite some slow service at the drive-thru, others found the staff to be friendly and efficient. The parking lot is often empty, and some customers have experienced long wait times without receiving apologies. Overall, Dairy Queen provides delicious ice cream and quick service, with room for improvement in customer interactions.
