Went thru drive thru lady got order wrong I had to get down to fix it and at the end j still got home without drinks this place is just a bunch of dumb girls that don't know what they doing laughing it up instead of working wastes $30 for a messed up order with literally no drinks!! Don't waste your times with theses hags. Lazy and careless can't even get an order right!

Everytime I go, it takes a really long time to order my food no matter if it's in store or in drive thru. They have messed up my order 3 times in the past year. One time I ordered 2 burgers plain and dry and they only gave me one burger. I had to drive back to get my 2nd burger.

I used to work here and it was so unprofessional not only do they criticize u and disrespect you, but sometimes the manager in the morning would sit in the back and criticize about the regulars that would come in,The managers displayed unprofessional behavior and didn’t create a respectful work environment, just be careful where u choose to eat! The prices aren’t worth it!It's truly disheartening the way managers expressed frustration towards homeless customers, even when they made a purchase. It's also concerning that i received a written warning for charging a homeless individual a small amount for a tea. Furthermore, it seems unjustified that they turned down a homeless person who was seeking employment, especially when the staff was already understaffed. These actions appear to be unprofessional and warrant further discussion.

Drive thru line gentleman took too long to move the line. They don’t make a traditional blizzard that is typically easy to make because, “it isn’t on the menu” it’s not hard to mix ice cream and banana and strawberries. They do carry all those ingredients anyway.
