chicken sandwich sucked. was expecting a dressing at least but nope. pickles were like out of place. chicken lacked flavor. only when i ate the edges, the flavor started to really come out. like yall stingy with the sauce. and the bread! felt and tasted like old sandwich bread that was left on top of a warmer since yesterday.they tried to pass it off as toasty. the fries were small portion, even though paid for medium. i know other locations they are not stingy. going to other...read full review
This franchise is going from bad to worse, an hour wait and there weren't even that many people, they give priority to online orders and customers who go to eat there have to wait a long time.

Very upset @ Wingstop in San Juan. Their major problem is that they never answer their phone to place a simple order. Not even to greet you or simply to say hold on for a bit, I will be right with you.I call twice waiting for someone to pick up the line. I was waiting for 5 minutes each time. I just hung up. This is how you lose customers..I will take my business elsewhere.
