Had a 30.00 order and they wouldn't give us a regular cup for water because they was out of "Water Cups". If that's not poor customer service I don't know what is.
Went there yesterday an hour before they close, it was completely empty! Got my combo went home and it was wrong, they gave me two piece instead of three and the cole slaw smelled rotten as well! I called the store twice, no answer. Called a 3rd time and a girl finally answered, I explained my situation and she just hung up! Went to the store the next day and they said they couldn't do anything about it because it happened yesterday! Place would've been closed if I went back....read full review

Really bad service this place has messed up our order twice already by the time we get home and my family sits down to eat our order is missing food. Yet they expect everyone to sit tight and have someone drive to and from 45 minutes, to get what they messed up on then come all the way back to cold food that has to get thrown in the microwave. They shouldn’t be messing up on the orders it seems they don’t care and keep doing it.
