Really bad service this place has messed up our order twice already by the time we get home and my family sits down to eat our order is missing food. Yet they expect everyone to sit tight and have someone drive to and from 45 minutes, to get what they messed up on then come all the way back to cold food that has to get thrown in the microwave. They shouldn’t be messing up on the orders it seems they don’t care and keep doing it.

Went there yesterday an hour before they close, it was completely empty! Got my combo went home and it was wrong, they gave me two piece instead of three and the cole slaw smelled rotten as well! I called the store twice, no answer. Called a 3rd time and a girl finally answered, I explained my situation and she just hung up! Went to the store the next day and they said they couldn't do anything about it because it happened yesterday! Place would've been closed if I went back. Absolutely stupid service ? No wonder that place was empty.

The food was not what we were expecting which was disappointing because we rarely go to KFC because of the locations. We ordered a bucket of crispy chicken and sides. The chicken was not crispy at all and tasted like it had maybe been sitting there. We went around dinner time so I was surprised it wasn’t fresh. The service was not that great either. They weren’t friendly or rude, just not the kind of customer service you would like. I went through the drive through but the outside area was clean.

Got my to go order wrong. Register had no receipt tape. When I returned for correct order, it took them a very long time. They had to call person I had talked to over the phone to confirm. Then even after they confirmed over the phone, they asked me 3 times what had been the problem. Not going to that location again.

Well I can’t give a star on food, because I placed an order for my parents and family and the door dasher never arrived. I called KFC and they said they couldn’t do anything about it, because a young man picked it up. So I called KFC corporates and they said they’d call DoorDash. I called DoorDash, since I had placed the order and they told me the young man put in the app he had dropped it off. What a LIAR!! KFC doesn’t even get the names of the dasher, and their customer service was not great. By saying they couldn’t do anything about it, well of course they can’t because they don’t get the doordashers name. WOW! $40 stolen from my parents. I hope the door dash and KFC change some policies.

Got a meal for 4. 8 pieces (pieces were small) 4 biscuits, mashed potatoes with gravy and Mac and cheese. Paid over $30 and the sides wasn’t even enough for 2 people, let alone 4 people. Won’t be buying KFC anymore.

Terrible service!!!? no wonder the place was alone, I just went and got home and the large accessories were less than half each container, they didn't add the biscuits, the dry corn, without butter; the tasteless chicken. They didn't give me dressings and on top of that they don't answer the phone to complain. I will never go again and I don't recommend that KFC to anyone.And I went to complain to them because they didn't answer the phone and the manager asked me if it was me that I called and called, to which I answered yes... and she answered that she was very busy!!I told him what??? If they don't even have people!! And now I understand why.In short, they did not refund me anything nor did they give me the missing accessories.The manager and the cashier were very rude, apart from the bad service, still super rude. ?????

Absolutely terrible service. Placed an order at 1:20, was supposed to be ready at 1:50. Got there at 2:10 and it still wasn’t ready. Didn’t leave until 2:25. Employees are extremely inexperienced, dirty and unorganized. This place needs to be shut down. Can’t believe I spent $40 for this kind of service.
