I hate when they leave my atomic wings like that ? the good thing about today is that they didn't take long even though they were busy. Other times that I've been there and there's maybe just another family and they've taken way too long with the order. The reason that I went today was because of a hilarious video I found on Twitter from Mark Phillips @SupremeDreams_1UPDATE: The wings actually had a lot of atomic sauce ? this time I went. I did an online order, and when I picked them up, they had them ready.

Very disappointed, we called to place and order and were told it would take 25 min and it actually took more like 50 min smh!!! The food had been there the whole time getting cold, the wings looked dried at that....they weren't even busy at all! The mgr and staff really need to get it together at this place!!! Definitely will never go back to this place!!!!

Very upset @ Wingstop in San Juan. Their major problem is that they never answer their phone to place a simple order. Not even to greet you or simply to say hold on for a bit, I will be right with you.I call twice waiting for someone to pick up the line. I was waiting for 5 minutes each time. I just hung up. This is how you lose customers..I will take my business elsewhere.

chicken sandwich sucked. was expecting a dressing at least but nope. pickles were like out of place. chicken lacked flavor. only when i ate the edges, the flavor started to really come out. like yall stingy with the sauce. and the bread! felt and tasted like old sandwich bread that was left on top of a warmer since yesterday.they tried to pass it off as toasty. the fries were small portion, even though paid for medium. i know other locations they are not stingy. going to other locations, now i know why theres not many people here.

Don’t answer the phone. Walk in and they all just chilling. Food is double dipped. Manager is rude and nothing is ever deemed their fault. Cashiers are nice.

My husband and I placed an order through the app. I waited for over an hour. They said they were changing the oil and the filter so I said okay that's cool. Our food will be fresh and piping hot. But to my surprise it was neither. The wings and fries (which I was told had just come out) were lukewarm at best. It was very disappointing.

Worse service that I have gotten in this place. Orders were wrong. I guess servers don't know how two count on their minds. Pay full price for extra orders to short change us on the meals. My daughter had to get up several times to tell them where is the rest of the food? Not even an apology. Not going back. The one on Trenton in Edinburg is a lot better.
