I’ve never had complaints with my orders. Everyone I’ve come across here have been very friendly and always smiling. Today was different. I went through the drive through at 9am and the guy who took my order was friendly. Once I get to the window a woman opens the window. Very dry no personality. Doesn’t smile. Hope is one of the Best Barista in this location, there are some other employees too but I wanted to highlight this young lady for making it up for other employees and making our Drinks great all the time !!

I usually don't drink too much coffee ,but this Starbucks was amazing I love it. I was glad that we finally have a Starbucks in San Juan. The drive thru employee was very respectful and sounded like she was happy to work she seem new and I understand the first few months are gonna rough especially after grand opening for just a week. I love Starbucks now.
