Subway is a restaurant that offers customizable sandwiches, but some customers have expressed disappointment with their experiences. While the service is often great, the restaurant could use some updates and cleaning, with decorations peeling off the windows and bugs present. Additionally, some customers have reported issues with online orders, including incorrect store assignments and ignored special requests, such as toasting buns. Prices can also be steep, with a basic sandwich starting at $12 and adding up quickly with extras. Despite this, the restaurant has ample parking and is wheelchair accessible.
