They ask if I want credit or if I want the pizza remade. I ask to have them remake and deliver. Over an hr passes and pizza still hasn't gotten delivered. Contact the store only to be placed on hold by someone, then followed by being hung up 2x before I even get to speak and then placed on hold a 4th time for 8 minutes and then hung up again. “I went earlier today, ordered the Detroit Style Slices N Stix, and I was told to wait in front of the store for my order. After a bit an employee named RJ comes out with my pizza, before he hands it to me he explains that they had ran out of the deep dish crust but didn’t want to have to cancel my order so he tried his best to make it for me from scratch.
It got a laugh out of me because I probably wouldn’t have noticed if he didn’t tell me because it all looked the same to me but it was nice that he tried anyways.

“Last night we had dinner. First we got there without reservation and the smiley hostess asked us if we wanted to sit on the bar, we said yes. The bar tender is a great guy, he works like crazy, smiling and taking care of business and customers.
