What ever happened to this place!! It really did lose it's touch. As seen in previous reviews before drinks were limited and staff didnt really seemed to care about that. Pizza and pasta was cold. Sad it's the only Cici's around here. I would really have to think about it two or three more times before coming back.
There was no salad ready or soda from the fountain and they collected my glasses before I finished. And I told the person my glasses and he returned to his cart to give them to me and I told him, seriously, you will give them to me from there since you put everything together.

There's always this manger. That looks like he hates his job. Always has an attitude. He's very rude. He ignores customers. The last time we were there. There was plastic on my Autistic daughter's pizza. Thank God, I saw the plastic on time, or else she would have eaten it. Now there's this other manger. I think his name is Jamie.
