The person who prepared our order number 47 DIDN'T know who to COUNT. There was ONLY 18 nuggets instead of 20, on our orders. Hopefully, they taught them how to count. Spoke to manager Jocelyn.
This location runs like it's supposed to. Orders come out fast, curbside is actually prompt rather than an afterthought, and the ice cream machine has been working every single time I've stopped by, which anyone who eats at McDonald's knows is not a given.
Nothing fancy here, just a location that does the basics reliably. If you're picking between nearby options, pick this one.

The self-service drink refills at this location in McAllen are a big plus, making it the best McDonald's in the area. The renovated facility can get busy, especially after school hours and lunch time, but the staff go above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The parking can be a challenge due to the drive-thru, but it's worth it for the quality service and delicious food. Many customers appreciate the clean environment and fast service, with food often arriving quickly. The indoor playground makes it kid-friendly. Overall, McDonald's at Trenton Crossing is highly recommended for a satisfying meal and excellent service, with a variety of options that appeal to many.
