Nice lady at register. Half the restaurant was closed off limiting seating. Special ordered pizza prepared perfectly. Pasta was empty. Salad bar was fresh and kept full and clean.

No pizzas, dirty restaurant...cross contamination going on and I saw it more than once. If you order a specialty pizza you won't get it till like an hour later. So sad but we won't be going back...

This place is getting worse and worse. Needs a total overhaul, no Pizza available when there is only 10 people dining in no ice,no tea, place is dirty, no manager, asked for pizza at 7:34 it's 8:42 and it's not ready order has not been put in SORRY PKACE TO COME IN , THERE ARE BETTER PLACES THAN THIS FOR OUR MONEY, LOOKS LIKE OWNERS DONTCARE

There's always this manger. That looks like he hates his job. Always has an attitude. He's very rude. He ignores customers. The last time we were there. There was plastic on my Autistic daughter's pizza. Thank God, I saw the plastic on time, or else she would have eaten it. Now there's this other manger. I think his name is Jamie. He's always very friendly and great customer service. He's always checking on customers to see if they need anything. And also the staff is great. It just that other manger.

Would love for the owner of this establishment to see this. Owner of the Cici’s pizza, I’m sure you’re a great person and thank you for giving my friends and family good memories, but unfortunately other than the great workers, this place has been in a steady downfall. I went thinking of playing air hockey but the table was so sticky and unclean it was downright disappointing. Most of the games just down even work and the pizza isn’t cooked long enough the dough is very soggy. If the owner could see only one review i’d want it to be this one. Please at least ACT as though you want this place to do better. for future families and future customers please: cook pizza longer, fix your games and soda dispenser, and please fix up your establishment.

They lock the door 30 minutes before they actually close at 10:00 p.m. I've never seen an establishment Actually lock the door from the customers 30 minutes prior to closing That's ridiculous. There's people inside and the guy just waved me down said they were closed even though it's 9:30

What ever happened to this place!! It really did lose it's touch. As seen in previous reviews before drinks were limited and staff didnt really seemed to care about that. Pizza and pasta was cold. Sad it's the only Cici's around here. I would really have to think about it two or three more times before coming back.
