“This was my first time visiting this 3700 Buddy Owens Ave BK. The dining room was empty, no one eating and only one car in the drive-thru, this was the lunch hour so I was surprised by their lack of business. I ordered a double texas whopper meal with heavy onion , large fry , large dr. Pepper. It came to $13.85 with tax. I was satisfied with the taste , value, and flavor of the meal. I had two minor issues; first that their ice dispenser was empty and I had to ask the cashier for ice. Second, that when I needed more ketchup there was none available at the pump near the drinks. When I asked a young lady for ketchup, she seemed to not know what ketchup is, as I had to point to it on the counter behind her. May have been a language barrier.“
“Went through the drive thru to pick up some food. My little girl got her crown but forgot about her toy. The wonderful lady working the drive thru ran outside and chased us and flagged us down to bring my daughter her toy. She made a little girl very happy!!“
“As far a Burger Kings go this is the location that has given me the fewest problems. Might not sound like a glowing review but stick with me. So far they are the only location that has full use of the app. Other locations near me don't have online ordering functions. Other locations don't accept the 6 digit Crowns reward number.Also, this is the only location I visit that frequently has fresh hot fries. The staff also seems to be the most competent out of the locations near me. If your craving BK and are near this site you should not have much if any issues with service or quality.“
“I would like to thank the manager who was on duty at 2:36 pm on Saturday 28 March 2026. The offer I was redeeming in the BK mobile app disappeared when I changed store locations. I did not notice the missing redemption until I had already paid. The order was submitted without the redemption. And the BK app would not let me cancel the order and start over. The counter employee tried to help me. But she eventually had to involve the manager. The manager sternly asked me several questions. Then she approved my redemption, entered it into their system and signed the printed ticket. I was relieved and appreciated her kind assistance. And this all happened while their drive-thru as extremely busy. Yet, they were both very patient with me and took the time to help me resolve the problem which I had created when trying to redeem my BK mobile app offer.“
“This location is slowly starting to step it up, went in during lunch rush hour and I ordered in less than 3 minutes and waited around 4-6 minutes and the food was already out, the whopper was amazing and so were the fries and the Jalapeño cheddar bites were amazing too, the only thing this location needs working on is the interior like cleaning up or renovating it.“
