Burger King in Mcallen

“honestly this has to be the best Burger King i've been to in the Valley. i lived in Mission and that one was always messing up my order and giving me food that was either burnt or looked like it had been left near the front door for everyone to step on (no joke 😪) or giving me customer service that made me feel offended to be alive, so when my husband suggested coming to this this BK for dinner, i was extremely hesitant. a HUGE thank you to the manager and all the staff for giving us food that looked presentable and straight out from the corporate handbook (the bun on the double cheeseburger blew us away completely!), and for the fantastic, friendly, fast customer service. husband's burger is the 3 meat, and mine is the one on the plate. we've been back twice already and have had nothing but good visits. we will be coming back!“

“My husband likes to come here about once a week. The service is great and fast, the line at the drive through is usually short, and he always receives exactly what he ordered. No complaints. He has been a happy and satisfied customer for years and will continue to return.“

“On Thursday, September 10, I had lunch at this BK on S. 10th St near Jackson Ave. in McAllen. I was greeted by Assistant Manager, Eileen. She made me feel very welcome. She took my order, explained things well, gave a reccomendation when I asked, and was full of positive energy. I really felt like a valued customer. She was very courteous and friendly with other customers as well. Glad to see there are still great people in management at fast food places. I wish Eileen the best in her career at BK or wherever life takes her. Keep up that attitude.“

“I would like to thank the manager who was on duty at 2:36 pm on Saturday 28 March 2026. The offer I was redeeming in the BK mobile app disappeared when I changed store locations. I did not notice the missing redemption until I had already paid. The order was submitted without the redemption. And the BK app would not let me cancel the order and start over. The counter employee tried to help me. But she eventually had to involve the manager. The manager sternly asked me several questions. Then she approved my redemption, entered it into their system and signed the printed ticket. I was relieved and appreciated her kind assistance. And this all happened while their drive-thru as extremely busy. Yet, they were both very patient with me and took the time to help me resolve the problem which I had created when trying to redeem my BK mobile app offer.“

“Jose saldivar is a good worker and made sure my food was fresh and didn’t messed up on my order and made sure the ice cream machine was working and I got my ice cream. Really good service do recommend going here again only if Jose saldivar works here no one else.“
