I would like to thank the manager who was on duty at 2:36 pm on Saturday 28 March 2026. The offer I was redeeming in the BK mobile app disappeared when I changed store locations. I did not notice the missing redemption until I had already paid. The order was submitted without the redemption. And the BK app would not let me cancel the order and start over. Management and cook are always on point . Food was hot and delicious every time . Great atmosphere for breakfast lunch and dinner i come here all the time , afternoon people are always on point also
