“A bit of a mix-up on the orders since I ordered online. The manager working the shift was VERY HELPFUL. HOWEVER the employees, cooks, and cashiers, were troublesome and gave us a hard time almost insinuating we were trying to scam them. Showed them the receipt multiple times I had from the app but yet they(the cashiers/cooks/whoever that is NOT the manager) gave my sister issues. It was resolved swiftly though as the manager was very kind and understanding. Moral of the story, GREAT MANAGER that is accompanied by a NOT SO GREAT STAFF(except for any custodial staff you had on this day the place was very clean). Food is also tasting better congrats BK.“
“I hadn't been to any Burger King in over 10 years even though there is one in my SATX neighborhood and one within walking distance to my workplace. The Harlingen location was pretty great and clean. The burger tasted good. Mozzarella sticks were good. The service was friendly and attentive. The lower rating of the atmosphere is because the exterior isn't well lit. But, we're all conserving electricity, right? I'll visit again. Good job, Harlingen. Thanks.“
