McDonald's in Mcallen

“It was all in all in okay experience. I went with my mother-in-law my husband and my two sons. The place is tidy in the south is nice and they have a fairly large Play place. The downside of my experience at this McDonald's doesn't really have much to do with being McDonald's fault really however it did happen over the course of my family's meal while we were there. Is McDonald's has an awesome play please 15 primarily appropriate for children ages 3 to 8. Well my kids were playing in the police structure they had to run in with some other kids that were being very loosely monitored by their guardian. Unfortunately they said some awful things and they were able to gang up on my kids in the play structure because it is kind of large and there is no monitoring of the area. So my husband and I had to talk to the other parent to resolve the issue. However, for McDonald's I give this place a 4 out of 5 which is a pretty high score coming for me.“

“It made me sick to see how the cook was grabbing his beard and scratching it while he was cooking. That's disgusting. I was disappointed to see that and it's one of my favorite places, but that made me sick and to see how he was. Like, smoking or with some kind of inflator in him. the same kitchen??“

The staff is very attentive and smiling, great work environment, extra points for the manager, she treats both clients and her employees with courtesy and kindness.

“Man I've had 1 to many bad experiences here but this manager isaac makes all those past bad experiences worth coming every time he's here I know he's always hustling and always gonna make any mistakes right 5 star review honestly just because of how great this guy is. He makes this McDonalds a 5 out of 5 stars someone give this guy a raise“

“Meal prep was good experience. Well maintained and cleaned by Teen female. Kept every table and seats wiped clean. Very busy during lunch, drive-thru line always has customers. Edited myself: March 24, 2026. Naomi is a friendly cashier and she is very helpful. Excellent as receptive, diligent with ordering. Enjoyed the meal dine-in 👍🏻. Really nice dining areas. “It was a great day, Until.
I woke up the next morning.
The service is really nice and the food must have some drugs in it, otherwise why is it so addictive?
And it was funny how the poster came down hitting just the outer plate of a customer's meal while he stood still enjoying the show in slow motion. I was surprised he didn't jump while eating his McNuggets.

Kid-friendliness: I went with my wife and our five month old. They have electric connections at most of the tables, so we even hook our kettle to boil some water to feed our baby.“
