“I rarely leave reviews, but I wanted to take a moment to recognize Nicole for her exceptional customer service. Nicole was one of the McDonald’s employees bringing orders out to parked customers. After I had already gone inside to check on my order and returned to my car, she noticed I had been waiting for quite some time and took the initiative to come over and ask if we had received our food.

What stood out to me was her kindness and genuine concern. She approached us with such a friendly and caring attitude that it reminded me of another fast-food chain known for its exceptional customer service. It’s refreshing to encounter someone who goes out of their way to make customers feel valued.

“Ny experience here was really good. Claudia welcomed us with a smile and was very helpful. I dont eat pork and neither does my mom and she did a trade out, unlike brownsville locations. They didn't forget the ketchup like brownsville always does. Honestly im always disappointed in brownsville locations. Brownsville need to step it up.“
