This used to be a good McDonalds, but now they take out the self check screens and the soda fountain when you’re eating there, now the service is super slow, the personal doesn’t know how to take your order if you go in and they give things wrong or miss stuff :(
This particular mcdonalds is hella slow. I'm not exaggerating, its not a one time thing its an all the time thing. I normally go to one on 107 and hwy but when coming from mcallen unfortunately this one is closer for me. The menu screen never works. Food always great though.

The service is horrible for sure, Everytime I go I feel like I'm standing at the counter for like ten minutes Waiting for someone to come take my order, the other day I ordered online and when I walked into the McDonald's to retrieve my food I seen it behind the counter ready to go for at least 5 minutes, when I interrupted the conversation the girl in front was having with some boy (definitely not a work conversation as they kept looking back at me and laughing hysterically)...read full review
