“My new go to!! Tried the ribeye tacos, corn, burger, and spiropapa, and everything was excellent. Not only was the food great, the customer service was even better. Friendly staff and tasty food will have us going back for as long as they keep it up! I hope to see this establishment succeed and expand!“
“Been hitting up Star-lite in Edinburg off 107. I've tried their regular burger, steak burger, onion rings, and burritos... service never fails to be quick, efficient, and the food is deceivingly simple looking but packed full of flavor.This is the fish sandwich from today...looks fairly innocent until you take the first bite. Check the ratio of fish to bread...and it had 2 filets on there as well. I love tartar, here they go with mayo, which also pairs well with the fish burger. Nicely cooked...the right amount of crisp on it, and very fairly priced. Where else do you find a fish burger for about $6? The answer...no where else.And there was some talk on here about burritos...well I've been digging these burritos since my childhood, over 30 years ago. I remember my parents taking me to eat burritos here as a child, well there's a reason why this location has lasted this long to where I can now take my own kids for a burrito. They are nicely fried, have plenty of filling, and are not dried out. Take notes Stripes...this is how burritos are done.This is an Edinburg staple for a reason...5/5 stars.“
“My friend invited me to come and have breakfast at this restaurant. It was my first time here. It's a very Cozy place. The waitress took our order right away. The food was good and the price was just right. I ordered the breakfast plate that included 2 eggs, hash browns, 2 strips of bacon, 2 flour tortillas and your Salsita. Coffee to Drink. Would recommend this place to my Family and Friends. Will be coming back to this Restaurant for Sure!!!!“
“Been driving past this truck countless times and finally had a chance to try them out. I’m a big mollejas fan…and was so excited yet nervous to order…I’ve been not impressed by many places so far with mollejas…but this is by far the best place for it! Most places I’ve tried it’s either fried and or overly cooked and turns crispy. These are Plump and tender and smoky charred flavor. Definitely coming back!!! Only thing they forgot salsa, but that was ok since I make my own salsa for situations like this. Also orderd the bistec tacos. Honesty it was a bit dry and needed more seasoning but the grilled onions were packed with flavor so makes up for it.“
“What to say! this place reminds me of when my family and i would head over to the drive in movie theatre in Mercedes. We would stop at anna's to get dinner along the way from the house.that's when i was only 14 or 15 I'm now 32 years old and still go and just took my son their last night and she was great, along with the food.“

“Tacos were pretty good, very homemade taste. Tasted like something my mom would make. That being said, it was fine. The prices were a high, and the tacos kinda small when you compare them but the egg one had ALOT of egg.Would recommend if in the area, if not then not sure.“
