This is a wonderful place to sit and eat a quality plate of soul food! ?? It has that comforting vibe from yester-year. The staff is great. The food tastes like it is made with the same recipe and technique used for generations. There's nothing like some Starlight fried chicken. No other fried chicken place can compare.

Been hitting up Star-lite in Edinburg off 107. I've tried their regular burger, steak burger, onion rings, and burritos... service never fails to be quick, efficient, and the food is deceivingly simple looking but packed full of flavor.This is the fish sandwich from today...looks fairly innocent until you take the first bite.
