“Kitchen La Katrina absolutely delivered! The service was amazing from start to finish, and the food was even better. The homemade lemonade was fresh and delicious, and the ribeye tacos were incredibly flavorful. But the real star of the meal was the birria tacos — hands down some of the best I’ve ever had. Crispy, juicy, packed with flavor, and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend Kitchen La Katrina to anyone looking for great food and outstanding service. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to again!“

“I visited Vargas BBQ recently and it was an outstanding experience. I had the Tejano Plate, which came with a perfect variety of chicken, sausage, and brisket everything was seasoned beautifully. My wife had the **brisket and pork ribs, and she agreed that every bite was delicious.
The sides were the real stars of the meal; the green spaghetti was unique and flavorful, and the jalapeño cream corn had just the right amount of kick.
The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff makes you feel right at home. I’m only giving it 4.5 stars instead of a full 5 because they tend to sell out of certain items quickly due to their popularity, so make sure to get there early to catch the full menu! Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic flavor.“

“Always looking for good lonches and these were absolutely delicious! This was my first time here and all the employees were great servers with great customer service going above and beyond to please their customers. I ordered lonches de carne asada and papa asada with carne, and fries and everything was delicious with lots of flavor and generous portions. The complimentary chips and salsa, the charro beans, and fideo were also delicious and if you didnt have enough, they offer you more. Will definitely be going back!“

“Decent food for the price,however taste needs a lot of improvement,specially on the meats, they need to have more flavor and taste enhancement by either adding more meat seasoning or tenderizer. That will help your tastebuds get the best dining experience, and enrich the customers business perspective“

“Came to check this food truck out after having already tried their Burger place. I was able to call ahead and pick up my order. I had the fish tacos with the vampire sauce and it was very flavorful. The serving size was very generous. I also had the cilantro lime rice and it was delicious! Will definitely be going back.“

“It’s a typical Mexican taqueria food is good . Great service and friendly staff . My mother ordered the lamb and I ordered the birria tacos . Yes the broth had some fat in it but that’s the flavor . Some people don’t like a broth with fat in it and it’s understandable. Think if they change this , their broth would be perfect other than that to me it was flavorful and delicious.“
