“We thought we were calling the older location at Sugar and University, but discovered during the order it was this new one and decided to go ahead with it. The order was taken accurately over the phone, the preparation took exactly as long as specified, there were ample ingredients, and the crust was absolutely perfect (the best we've ever had in Edinburg). It's a small place, not a great deal of room, but ours was carry-out, so not an issue. It's not a conspicuous location, but it's easily found behind Denny's. There is plenty of parking. “This was always my go-to location when we loved in Edinurg, so I had not been here for about 2 years. We came last week, and it took about 20 minutes to get someone to take our order. We weren't in a rush, and we could tell that they were short staffed since several tables still had not been cleaned. Since it was New Year's Day, it turns out that some people had called in, and there was only ONE employee working. She still did a good job, and another person came to help when we got our food. Kudos to her for still providing good service! I'm sure she was overwhelmed, but she didn't complain or seem annoyed that we were there.Notice that their menus have not been updated. “i lost my phone so i went back to chick-fil-a and i told one of the workers my situation and everyone was super helpful, the only name that i knew was Fernanda and she was super friendly and sympathetic. they literally looked through the trash!! they looked all around the restaurant for a while too & the manager diego checked the cameras and even provided me with information showing i took it with me to my car and i was even on my phone in my car so that was also really helpful.“
“I've never had a issue with them. I will say that before in the past it used to take forever to get my food. However, I haven't had that problem again with them in a very long time. Also their fries are always crispy and not greasy.“
“My 1st time here! I was companied with my partner and daughter. The service was nice, attentive, helpful and professional. Drink station was clean, neat and organized. Wait time for food wasn’t long maybe 5- 10 min. I got the Hook and ladder, no onion, and provolone instead of Monterey Jack cheese, with the Mac and cheese drink combo. My meal was delicious, hot made the way I asked, the Mac was rich, creamy, and delicious. My partner got the Steak and cheese, no side with a drink, and daughter got a grilled cheese, rice crispy treat, and drink kids combo. Partner loved his sandwich. The cheese was nice and melty, the peppers were grilled nice and the steak was delicious. Daughter didn’t really like the grilled cheese, a bit dry and hard, could have used some butter or something else to soften up the bread. Single slice of cheese, but could have used extra cheese for cheese to bread ratio, she ended up just eating my Mac and cheese, she loved it though, ate the whole thing! So Mac and cheese is definitely kid approved. Lol My partner and I will definitely be back. I recommend this place for everyone, nice info about firefighters and equipment on cups, nice artwork and display items. Puns are fun too. Plus it supports the local firefighters and fire stations, which my partner used to be. So that’s a plus! Overall had a good time. ??“
