“I haven't been there in a couple years. And I went today and I got the number two and to add mayonnaise with fries. I wanted a Coke but they had no Coke. And I wanted to substitute the fries for an onion rings but they didn't have onion rings. So I stuck with the fries. But it's all good either way. It was very good very satisfying.“
“Passing by I stopped here today and ordered a Country Fried Steak Sandwich. I customized it in several ways and it was made perfectly. The sandwich was hot & had a light crunch to it. Great job! The service was warm and friendly & I received my order in under 5 minutes even though I asked for it to be cooked well done.“
“I decided to try this Jack in the Box location in Elsa today. When I drove up, it was dark, and the signs were not lit up, but they were open.There is plenty of parking, though not well lit.There were some cars in the drive-through, but the dining room was empty when I walked in. No one was at the counter, but I could hear workers in the back. It did not take long before someone came to take my order.I noticed the dining room was clean, though the counter and drink areas could have been neater. The wait was longer than usual as they were busy with the drive-through customers. I wondered if they were short-handed.My order finally was ready. I checked it, and one item was missing. I brought that to the manager's attention, and he quickly brought it over. They did accurately fill the three burgers which had special requests (no mustard or pickles).The quality of the food was standard for Jacks, the fries freshly made.While they could improve in some areas, overall my experience was positive. I always recommend double-checking the order.“
“I was wanting a small burger, prefect place. I have had them before. But today the cashier taking the orders, still found time to walk around asking the people in the lobby if they needed anything . Something you don't see every day at a MCDONALD'S. I just hope management appreciates people like her . Thanks Samantha.“
“Was very impressed with food and service. We ate outside in a very attractive and clean area. Food was delivered very fast even during middle of lunch hour. Manager checked on us several times and seemed sincere about making sure we enjoyed our meal.“
“OMG, I am so glad the burger place in Donna was closed when we got there. If it wasn't I would not have found this place. I am a CFS "snob". I like more meat less crust. Some places advertise and show the largest CFS you have ever seen. But alas, it is mostly crust. This place serves about a ¾" steak with minimal crust. It came out piping hot along with the home cut fries. Both were hot, when i took my last bite(yes I tend to eat faster than the average bear) ? The size of the steak was perfect for me, I compare it to the circumference of a regular sized waffle. If I ever get to come back to the RGV, I will be back to eat at Haley's“
“Location open in 2023.Service could be better, seems management is not the best as i have been a couple of times where they do not have concrete or coke, or fried pickles and that is always managements fault that reflects as well in service.“
“I felt that we waited longer than normal for our meals. Maybe they were short a person that day as it took longer for our drinks to arrive, too. My husband loved his hamburger. I felt that mine was overcooked but they did make the lettuce wrap as I had asked for.“
“My new go to!! Tried the ribeye tacos, corn, burger, and spiropapa, and everything was excellent. Not only was the food great, the customer service was even better. Friendly staff and tasty food will have us going back for as long as they keep it up! I hope to see this establishment succeed and expand!“
“Great place but they take a little to long with the orders. I ordered a slushy and they told more than 30min. Until i asked them and they didn't do my order so i had to reorder again. Plus that day they did have that much customers to says that's why they took long.“
