I recommend the waitress Monica Barrera at the IHOP in Panorama City Calif as she gives such great and wonderful service. She asks if everything is ok and always comes back to give refills. This is much appreciated. Best wishes from the original Johnny Blaze, and "may the Blaze be with you."
how blessed am I to get World Class Service from both Rose Abbey & Alex without even having to leave Texas...
I'm a server myself so my bar for legendary service is not easy to achieve or even surpass....
these two icons did it without even trying... request them...
I was taking notes to apply in my next shift....
they made me feel like the guest of honor...
also the Cowboy Burger was delicious and the Oreo Waffle was even better✨

Servers are amazing, very attentive and professional, providing excellent customer service. They are friendly and quick to seat guests, know the menu, and check on tables often. Food is prepared exactly as ordered and served hot. The pancakes are delicious. The poblano omelet is good.
