“Wife and I have basically been avoiding Whataburger since last few times food was subpar from other locations. Gave this one a shot on a whim, staff was extremely nice and nailed our somewhat complicated order (5meals all somewhat different...) no problem. Was also really fast which not what I typically think of when thinking of a Whataburger.Food was how I remember Whataburger tasting and why I think Texans rave about it. Everything we fresh and tasted great!Oh also they gave us like 6ketchups and remembered napkins.If I'm wanting Whataburger in the future probably will make the drive to this location specifically. Ordered:- Two #8s Mayo instead of mustard add cheese for adults (Jr doubles). “I work out of my car at night up-and-down the valley. this is actually really good Jack in the box. It's always clean. staff is polite.I guess what's annoying? And maybe it's a change, is that when I go in there and sit down and want to relax and they have a TV on. But it's always in a Spanish language channel. Yes, a lot of people speak Spanish, but still the majority, speak english in a valley and it just seems disrespectful. Cause I'd like to sit in there and enjoy a little bit of the entertainment.Sometimes they have on their free entertainment.Take a little break between drives. And texas, otherwise it's really a pretty good place.“
“Normally every Burger King valley wide is trash especially because of the people who are hired and could care less about the customer.This morning was far from that.The lunch menu was turned off which I appreciate it so like that my focal point was on the breakfast menu.After I placed my order I asked for a large iced mocha coffee with my combo and the girl taking my order asked if I wanted that breakfast tater tots or hashbrowns to actually be large as well which you rarely get asked that they just obviously assume to whatever they want and in this case I really did appreciate that.After I received my food I proceeded to ask the lady at the window which was also the same person who took my order if I can have grape jelly with my order and she went ahead and responded that it was already in the bag along with some ketchup which when I opened the bag to my surprise they were both there and it’s super rare for people here in the valley or from Burger King or anywhere to even give you ketchup or grape jelly or you know any type of condiment that you should be receiving normally with your food because obviously you’re gonna eat. So for her to have consideration of a customer and give them the condiments already in the bag along with napkins which sometimes these workers tend to make it seem like it the grape jelly or the ketchup or the napkins etc. it’s coming from them or from their pocket when it’s actually coming from the corporations and the money that we’re paying for our food.The breakfast was actually cooked pretty well the biscuit was soft but it wasn’t raw or doughy the way it normally is from other Burger Kings.This morning my breakfast was pleasant and I appreciate and thank the girl who took my order and gave me my order and she was light-skinned and I believe she was wearing glasses and had black vine tattoos throughout both her arms so to her good job congratulations and thank you so much. “I find it funny that the sm Ice coffee is the and size as the med reg coffee...on the other note. The kids there are doing their best ?. But they could look a little more busy when there's a two lines across the parking lot. I walk inside to avoid the lines and they all look bored ?. No offense it's an observation. love my coffee tho“
“Was very impressed with food and service. We ate outside in a very attractive and clean area. Food was delivered very fast even during middle of lunch hour. Manager checked on us several times and seemed sincere about making sure we enjoyed our meal.“
“Tacos were pretty good, very homemade taste. Tasted like something my mom would make. That being said, it was fine. The prices were a high, and the tacos kinda small when you compare them but the egg one had ALOT of egg.Would recommend if in the area, if not then not sure.“
“OMG, I am so glad the burger place in Donna was closed when we got there. If it wasn't I would not have found this place. I am a CFS "snob". I like more meat less crust. Some places advertise and show the largest CFS you have ever seen. But alas, it is mostly crust. This place serves about a ¾" steak with minimal crust. It came out piping hot along with the home cut fries. Both were hot, when i took my last bite(yes I tend to eat faster than the average bear) ? The size of the steak was perfect for me, I compare it to the circumference of a regular sized waffle. If I ever get to come back to the RGV, I will be back to eat at Haley's“
