Chili's in Mcallen

“I ordered a salad for dinner, and some of the lettuce had black and brown pieces, making it appear unappetizing. However, it was still delicious. The service was excellent; the lady was incredibly attentive. On the other hand, the men’s restroom was in poor condition. It’s mostly due to the people who leave messes and don’t clean up after themselves.“

“I had a great experience at Chili’s in North McAllen, and a big part of that was because of our server, William. He was absolutely amazing! He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit without ever being overbearing. His service really stood out and made the whole experience even better.
The food was excellent as well—everything came out fresh, hot, and delicious. It’s always nice when great food is paired with outstanding service, and William definitely helped make our visit memorable. We really appreciated his attentiveness and positive attitude. I would definitely recommend Chili’s North McAllen and hope to have William as our server again next time!“
