“This Chik Fil A was quick with the food and it tasted delicious. The only main issue I had was that when I arrived at 6:00 pm both my wife and I were going to place separate orders, two registers were open. When one opened up, my wife went to it. Once the other register opened up, the employee walked away and I didn’t have anyone to take my order. The main issue I had is that there was about 4 or 5 other employees just standing there talking, two of them with blue shirts who I’m assuming are team leads. I ended up having to wait until my wife was done ordering to order from the same register. No sense of urgency from the other staff.
On another note, employee Antonio who was on the floor attending the customers dining was extremely helpful, and dedicated to serving the diners. He was kind and attentive.“

“Mr. Campos was an absolute professional to work with from start to finish! He was accommodating and listened to my thoughts and ideas for our event. He helped me create a menu that was perfect. The food was served hot and efficiently and there was plenty of food! The staff was helpful. If you need a caterer for a large scale event Campos Catering is the way to go! He has successfully catered McAllen High School's prom multiple times! Thank you for everything!!“

I had two good friends visiting from upstate New York who really wanted to see what the GW hype was all about for themselves. “Are they a really a top 5 Texas bbq joint?” After trying GW’s exquisite food and experiencing their one of a kind Texas/RGV hospitality, there was zero doubt left…one of the best in Texas and maybe the country! From the moment we arrived, first in line, I might add, my buddies and I were welcomed and made to feel like part of their team. Our hour and a half wait in line felt like 15 minutes after being welcomed by several of their employees. Then there was the food! We ordered BIG! From their trademark brisket, to their unique sides (like cheesy fideo), the best bite was the next that we took. We were also approached one their magnificent chefs, hosts and awesome co-owner George Watts III. GW really made my friend’s experience a memorable one and again proved that without question, they are one of the best and only getting better. Thank you George and the GW family!“
